Dr. Scot R. McKenna
Dr. McKenna is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon who has been in solo practice since 1999. He established PURE Medi-Spa as northeastern Pennsylvania's first true medi-spa in 2005. As a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, his specialty and background set our medi-spa and the services we provide apart from others in the area. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons.
At his medi-spa, Dr. McKenna provides an array of treatments including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Volbella, Voluma, Restylane, Kybella, Laser Vein Removal, Laser Skin Resurfacing, Refinity Chemical Peels, Microlaser Peels, and Sclerotherapy. Dr. McKenna also performs a significant amount of cosmetic surgery including: breast augmentation, facelift, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), rhinoplasty (cosmetic nasal surgery), abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, body contouring, mastopexy (breast lift), neck lift, mini-facelift, laser facial resurfacing, and brow lift. He also does reconstructive surgery which includes breast reconstruction, skin cancer treatment and reconstruction, post-bariatric surgery, breast reduction, removal of skin lesions, wound repair, hand surgery, burn treatment, and trauma reconstruction.
Dr. McKenna holds teaching positions at The Commonwealth Medical College and Marywood University Physician Assistant Program. He also donates his services to patients without insurance through the Leahy Clinic in Scranton, PA. Tiffany started her career as a Medical Esthetician with Pure Medi-Spa in 2011. Tiffany has ten plus years' experience in the skin and beauty industry and with her passion for beautiful skin she has represented cosmetic lines including Clinique and Clarins. Using her strong leadership skills along with her love for the industry, Tiffany was the Senior Product Consult for Sephora where she educated her beauty consultants on everything from product knowledge to skincare ingredients and their effects on the skin. Witnessing her clients leave happy and feeling beautiful is what makes her career so rewarding. Wanting to further her knowledge in skin care,
Tiffany received her license in Esthetics in 2010. Tiffany continues to participate in extensive training from major pharmaceutical grade product lines including Skin Medica, Jan Marini and Dermalogica. Tiffany takes great pride in making each and every one of her patients feel amazing by achieving their ultimate skin goals through the use of facials, chemical peels, waxing and laser hair removal. In addition, Tiffany has become an expert CoolSculpting Clinician. Alli became a part of the pure medi spa team in 2018. Starting off as
a receptionist and working her way up to becoming a full time
esthetician, alli has much experience with both customer service and
performing medical grade skin care treatments. She is a graduate from
Jolie Health and Beauty Academy in Esthetics and has been performing
skin care treatments for the last four years. Every year, alli
continues to go through serval different training courses to further
her education and knowledge in health and beauty. She is very
passionate about helping each client achieve their skin goals and
educating them on ways to make this happen. Alli uses medical grade
skin care lines altered to each individual client. Performing many
different facial, chemical and laser treatments, alli is here to help
give you the ultimate experience at PURE.

trained in Dermalogica, and focuses on educating her clients on their
best skin practices through product knowledge. With her passion for

best! As our receptionist her goal is to make sure everyone who walks
into PURE feels at home and welcome.

Cindy, a graduate of the University of Scranton, has been with PURE Medi-Spa since 2008. Utilizing her experience and creativity Cindy focuses on marketing and advertising the wide variety of wonderful treatments offered at our facility.
